+Beta18 includes all files needed,  no need to apply beta16 first if this is your first update.
+If you have a v1.5 PuPDMD or PuPPack that isn't working in v2.0 then you can do the following:  With pup/pupdmds made with v1.5 theres an INI in root of puppack called:  usePuPDriver.ini,   modify that file so that filename says Driver=PinUPDisplayX15.exe
+If you have some weird startup errors:  Theres a new PUPEventViewer.exe troubleshooting helper app.  Run that app first and then run v2.0 Popper or v2.0 PupPack and may help you see whats going on with PuP or your OS messages.
